The area of static tools is another core competence of EWS. There is no manufacturer in the world that offers the product variety in the same way.
More than 20,000 different tool holders are available to the user. The program includes VDI holders from shank 16-80 as well as block tool holders from BMT55-BMT85 up to machine-related holders for MAZAK, Okuma or Mori Seiki, just to name a few. In addition, prism holders according to DIN 69881 (VDI3425 Bl.3) in all nominal sizes are carried in the program.
In addition to the standard adapters, the basic program also includes PSC, HSK, KM and ABS adaptations. The range of services also includes special adapters according to customer drawings or innovative solutions of the EWS design department to meet manufacturing challenges.
Thetool holders are manufactured at the Uhingen plant and rightly bear the label: Made in Germany!
