The Next Evolution of the Varia Quick-Change System

  1. Double-Cone Flex combines static internal turning and performance milling in a single platform
  2. VXT for turning, the new VXP for high-performance milling
  3. High rigidity and damping enable higher speeds and torques
  4. Same changeover, same wrench, same torque, no need to relearn
  5. Existing VX inserts continue to run in the VXP spindle
  6. Patented system that scales across sizes and interfaces

Streamline processes with EWS.GrindLine NEW AT AMB

Finish grinding of small inner diameters on turning-milling centers without re-clamping

  1. Purely mechanical drive via the AGW interface on the tool turret
  2. No power, no cables, no machine retooling
  3. More compact than generator-driven units, suitable for a wider range of machines
  4. Spindle speed up to 40,200 rpm
  5. Grinding cycle and tool recommendations based on production experience included
  6. Developed based on a specific machining application in EWS’s own production
