The Next Evolution of the Varia Quick-Change System

  1. Double-Cone Flex combines static internal turning and performance milling in a single platform
  2. VXT for turning, the new VXP for performance milling
  3. High rigidity and damping enable higher speeds and torques
  4. Same changeover, same key, same torque, no need to retrain
  5. Existing VX inserts continue to run in the VXP spindle

Streamline processes with EWS.GrindLine NEW

Finish grinding of small inner diameters on turning-milling centers without re-clamping

  1. Purely mechanical drive via the AGW interface on the tool turret
  2. No power, no cables, no machine retrofitting
  3. More compact than generator-driven units, suitable for a wider range of machines
  4. Spindle speed up to 40,200 rpm
