EWS India officially starts in Pune

The EWS Group is further expanding its international presence and is now represented in the Indian market with its own subsidiary. With EWS India, the company is creating the conditions for direct market development in one of the world's fastest-growing industrial nations.

The new location in Pune is an important milestone in the company's international development, with the aim of increasing proximity to customers and partners and expanding activities in the Indian market on a long-term and sustainable basis.

Direct market presence as a strategic step

Until now, EWS has been active in India through local partners. With the founding of its own company, which will continue to be managed in close cooperation with a partner, clear organizational and operational structures are now being established. This is EWS' response to the growing demand for high-quality toolholders and local technical support.

With the operational launch in April, EWS India will offer the complete product portfolio of the EWS Group, with a team of six taking over the support of the market at the start.

Expansion of the global network of locations

Pune is one of India's most important industrial and technology centers and offers immediate proximity to users, machine manufacturers and sales partners.
