During the development process, the entire packaging system was revised and converted to efficient automation:
Secure fixing of the product
Each part is automatically positioned on a specially developed cardboard device and stretched with a stable film, which wraps precisely around the product and ensures a firm, non-slip hold.
Precise positioning in the shipping carton
Two intelligently guided flaps are folded over and fix the product in the carton exactly where it is optimally protected. This keeps everything stable, even under high loads during transportation.
Automatic, precise carton closure
A modern gluing machine seals the carton uniformly and reliably. The process is not only faster, but also guarantees consistently high quality for every single parcel.
Sustainability thoughtfully integrated
We use recyclable cardboard and an environmentally friendly nylon film. Thanks to perfectly coordinated cardboard sizes and automated processes, material consumption is significantly reduced.
